Suggest Treatment For Stuff Nose And Blocked Nostril

I am now 19. Since I was a child i have been suffering from nasal problems. Such as wateri stuffs coming out of my nose, both of Nostril getting blocked, etc. Also headech. For a long period of time most of the doctors i have visited told me that it was some kind of a alergic problem that i had and ended up giving me some sort of nasal sprays. But recently i got to visit a doctor, after doing an X-rey who told me that i had Synositic problem and i need to wash it. If i do so i will not suffer frm those problm for a longer time. I followed his suggestion and got it washed by him. But Alas nothin has changed. Still i'm suffering from those same problem. Now i am writting and my one nostril is blocked. What should i do now ? Pls give me any suggestion if possible.

allergic rhinitis will not subside with surgery for sinusitis. only sinusitis due to allergic reaction will be corrected .
treatment is using nasal sprays In a perfectly prescribed way and should not be stopped suddenly .
first mometasone spray 2 times daily for a month
then once daily for a month
then once in 2 days for a month
and then slowly tapered .
if u have DNS , or enlarged turbinates ,it should be corrected which obstructs the spray reaching ur nasal mucosa .
