Suggest Treatment For Stroke

Augsburger disease: My husband s nephew (age 26) has this. This nephew s father, my husband s brother, had a massive stroke 4 months ago. My husband s brother is now home from rehab and his son is very little help to either his mother or his father. My husband s nephew has graduated high school and a 2-year art program; but seems so removed and unwilling to help his mother with all the overwhelming tasks that are part of caring for his handicapped father. To those of us rather unfamiliar with this disease, this nephew seems spoiled and it is hard to watch his mother work so hard while he seems reluctant to do much of anything to be of real help. Is this nephew really not able to understand or cope with this situation?

I don't know. may be the nephew of yours needs a talk and make him understand how important it is to help his mother and father. mean time giving him the knowledge of the condition of stroke can help him understand the scenes better. have a talk with him and try to make him understand that how much his family needs his assistance. mean time you can hire a nurse or attender to help his father for proper care.
