Suggest Treatment For Stroke And High Cholesterol

My Mother had a mild stroke and they cannot figure out why. Her cholesterol is great her weight is 116 pounds she is 5 3 and her blood pressure is great. They have her on a mix of atorvaspatin and lipator but, it makes her depressed. She is worried if tells her doctor he will prescribe more meds. Are these two okay to use together?

Here the more important is blood pressure and this need to be well control to avoid the cerebral consequences, drug for cholesterol is not that much matters here neither this would cause any depression, hope this information helps, take care.
