Suggest Treatment For Stress And Elevated BP

hi, i am 27 years old. I am a financial advisor and am times very stressed. My wife and I just had our first child 2 weeks ago and she is no longer working. my stress level seems to continue to rise. My BP today was 134/94 and it scared me. I exercise regulary (run 10-15 miles a week). Should i be concerned?

I admire you for positive outlook.

i guess now a days every one have stress mainly due to work and social factors.

1st thing is require to control blood pressure.

take regular medicine if you have been on medicines
otherwise consult your physician.

regarding stress
I appreciate you are doing regular exercise.
plz continue it.



some natural ways to treat anxiety and daily stress are

exercise
meditation
deep breathing and hyperventilation

proper sleep

stress free activity
do pleasurable activity
music and hobbies

discuss with friends
see all thing with different angle
positive outlook
confidence
all this will help you to counter daily stress


i prefer low dose SSRI in my patient if not improve with above major.
