Hello,

A strangulated hernia repair is very problematic.

Treatment consists of surgery.

The surgery consists in reducing the hernia, which means to release the entrapped bowel and return it where it belongs.

You should consult a surgeon for further details.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi,
