Suggest Treatment For Stool Infection In A Baby

my baby is of 11 months old she is suffering from stool infection. if stool contains the pus cell infection (100% and more ) and blood cell (100% and more) then after giving her antibiotic she recovers and she is fine.but i want to know that pus cell is develop first,then blood cell are found after infection increase.plz help me

Hi,

Treating salmonella infection. Most people with salmonellosis get better without treatment with antibiotics. Treatment consists of preventing dehydration, and sometimes this involves giving the baby or child an oral rehydration solution such as Pedialyte.
