Suggest Treatment For Stones In Kidney And Upper Ureter

Hello doctor; My name is Deep.I have recently been diagnosed with multiple calculi in the right kidney and a small calculus of of 3mm (largest of the small ones) but my real concern is the 0.8cms calculus in the right upper ureter that has been discovered. The urologist is advising me to go through URSL surgery immediately as I m in sever pain for last few days now. So please kindly suggest me as soon as possible what should be done and is it possible for the stone to melt and pass with the urine naturally or with the help of some medicines.?

kidney stone of 0.8 cm in ureter needs surgery.
Kidney stones are nidus of infection. It also causes obstructive uropathy and if left untreated ultimately leads to renal failure.
The calibre of urinary tract allows stones only up to 5mm to pass easily.
There is a herbal medicine under the name of Rowatinex (capsule form) that can melts the stones and prevent its new formation. However there are not much studies regarding its efficacy.
I would suggest you to have URSL for the 8mm stone and start Rowatinex for dissolving the small stones and their new formation.
