General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I think you should go to ER to get evaluated. The black stools together with stomach pain may signify ulcers causing bleeding. You should get further evaluated to see if it is still bleeding, place of hemorrhage and the conditions of gastrointestinal tract.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Olgeta Xhufka, General & Family Physician
