Suggest Treatment For Stomachache And Vomiting Sensation For My 6-year-old Son

hi My son is 6 years old and he has vomiting sensation followed by stomach ache immediately after eating.. He has this since 3 days and vomited 4 times till now.. We gave him cyclopam, Emset and crocin.. his stools are sticky and has foul smell.. He is active and not dull.. can you please recommend any medications that I need to change and can I give him OFM?
