Hello,

As the condition is not controlling with Kaopectate medicine, it indicates some sort of associated infection likely.

Additional guidelines for better results are:
- Prescription of proton pump inhibitor, anti-spasmodic medicines with your family doctor.
- DIET measures with walking and light exercises, getting regular bowel movements.

Discuss later requirement of ultrasound or upper GI endoscopy according to the need.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel
