Suggest Treatment For Stomach Upset And Vomiting Sensation

I woke up a few days ago light head and my stomach felt a little upset. I ended up going to the bathroom then I suddenly starting going in a panic and hyperventilating. My stomach has been upset for almost 4 days now. I ve tried throwing up but nothing comes out and I haven t been about to poop either. But I feel stress in my stomach when I try too. Please help. I m scared
