I woke up with pain in my stomach like I hadn t eaten for days but then when I got up and started moving it felt like someone punched me in the stomach....I ate something which seemed to help for a while but then it came back again.. ..this is the Second day and now my stomach is huge....the only thing I thought it could be was the ibroprophen I took.....

Yes,it could be related to ibuprofen since this may irritate stomach mucosa and cause gastritis. You should take milk products,menta tea and avoid coffee,alcohol and fried food.
