Suggest Treatment For Stomach Pain , Diarrhea , Nausea And Vomiting

Hi, I just finished my period about a week ago and have been having horrible stomach problems the past few days. Really bad cramps, diarrhea and nausea, and also vomiting. It is strange though because I was sick two days ago, absolutely fine yesterday and sick again today, with added dizziness today (I nearly passed out in the shower). Any idea what is going on?

Understanding your concern. As per your query you are having symptoms of stomach pain , diarrhea , nausea and vomiting. Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like electrolyte imbalance, gastroenteritis , food poisoning , irritable bowel syndrome, poor digestion, lactose intolerance, improper metabolism or intestinal ileus. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to consult gastroenterologist for proper examination. Doctor may prescribe laxative , ornidazole or albendazole along with ranitidine. You should avoid intake of sharp and spicy food substances. You should keep your head elevated while lying down. You should take plenty of fluids and avoid intake of outside food.
