Suggest Treatment For Stomach Pain , Diarrhea And Vomiting

This morning I started feeling really sick. I have thrown up 5 times today and I have diarrhea. My stomach has been hurting really bad. I also have been having back back pain and having cramps and pain on my left side of my stomach I tried to eat some saltine crackers but I threw them up. Please explain what is going on...

probably there is an infection which is required to be treated ,take ors along with medicine, u will be cured early
