Hello,

Stomach pain and swelling in the legs may be due to renal failure or cardiac failure or deep vein thrombosis.

Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Bladder and bowel incontinence may be due to spinal cord compression. Please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
