Hello ,
there is a condition in medicine, called ascaridosis, this dental-floss looking pieces may be little worm-like organisms.Common symptoms are weight-loss, fatigue, headache, pain in the stomach ! You should check your blood and especially the levels of Eosinophils, high levels of eosinophils may mean that you have this infection! You should have your stools checked. Simple test that you can do at home is to attach in the evening before bedtime a plastic transparent scotchband on your anus and when you wake up, if you are having this dental floss like pieces on it you may have ascaridosis !
