Suggest Treatment For Stomach Pain And Diarrhea

For the past few nights right around the same time I get sharp lower stomach pain that spreads to lower back and soon causes diahrrea. I also feel like I am about to vomit and get very lightheaded. The pain come in waves and it lasts for a hour to two, then slowly wears off. I saw a doctor and they ran tests but could not find anything wrong, what could be causing this?

Well come to HCM
Chances of protozoa infection would be likely and this can be best treated with Tab Secnidazole of single dose, for the pain you can try Tab Dicyclomine with Acetaminophen, hope this information helps.
