Suggest Treatment For Stomach Pain And Constipation

boyfriend has has severe stomach ache and has been feeling sick for three days. he s not physically been sick and although his toilet habbits were ok at first, it s now starting to become a problem and is difficult for him to go. he can t eat much or sleep and although he s tried colpermin, rennies and painkillers which contained codine, nothing has helped. he went to greek restaurant thurs niht but as has not been sick, i do not think food poisoning. what could it be and how can i help him?

Hi,

It can be from gastritis, acidity in the stomach.

You try pantoprazole. He will relieve. Tell him to take light meals, quit if he is a smoker and stop carbonated drinks and coffee right now to allow drugs to function effectively.

However, if pain continues then take him to the emergency room for further evaluation.
