General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood your concerns.
Sore all over and pain in stomach along with blood in stool is indicative of the following:
Intestinal infection with severe colitis causing bleeding.
Piles that is hemorrhoids can cause fresh blood in stool.
I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Per-rectal digital examination and ano-proctoscopy by a General Surgeon.
Colonoscopy.
Tests of stool and blood.
This will give a proper diagnosis and a plan for further management.
You may need a course of an antibiotic active against intestinal infection, pre and probiotics.
I find this answer helpful
