Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to a viral infection.

Some advice that I can give to you is:
-Take over the counter option like Imodium drug.
-For the stomach cramping you can use omeprazole drug to low the acidity in the stomach.
-Use probiotic supplements.
-Drink liquid.
-Eat a healthy diet.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi
