Suggest Treatment For Stomach Discomfort Caused From Eating Expired Food

I have some stomach discomfort, headache, mild nause, dizziness on standing or sitting positions, and some fatigue. Onset there days ago. It has not gotten worse or better.food is not a trigger for the pain, but it is for nausea. I thought it might be due to some tofu I ate which, upon close inspection of the package, appeared to be past the use by date. Am I experiencing food poisoning ?
