Suggest Treatment For Stomach Cramps , Diarrhea And Burning Sensation In The Rectal Area

My bumhole is so sore. I was just laying down then all of a sudden i needed to go for a poo. At first it was really hard to push out. Then 5 minutes later i needed to go back in there. But by this time my stomach was cramping it just felt like burning liquid coming out. Like a hose of diarrhoea acid, also have a external pile aswell. When i tried to pee at the same time i had to push it out . I really was busting to pee but when ever i tried to push the pee out but my bumhole would move it is very painful.

Hi thanks for asking question.

Mostly you have piles in anus .It can lead painful defecation.Proctoscopy examination needed for it.

Meanwhile you can take laxative for smooth bowel movement.

Drink more water.

Avoid excess spicy food.

Anal warm water sitz bath can be taken.

If proctoscopy shows inflammation in anal area brufen is taken...

Avoid straining while defecation.

Avoid smoking.
Fruits taken more.

I hope above measures help you the most.

Take care.
