Suggest Treatment For Stomach Cramps And Blood In Urine

Hi. I started to have Cramps this morning when I woke up. Bad enough my back was hurting they would be so strong they would shoot up into my chest. Then few hours later I went pee and wiped and there was blood. So figured i had started my period. Which I usually start from the 17th-23rd. So I put a tampon in. Couple hrs later changed my tampon but there was no blood on the tampon at all. So now kind of worried about what it could be. What could be the problem? Thanks.

Hello and welcome to HCM,
The abdominal cramps along with bleeding is indicative of onset of menstruation.
However, disappearance of bleeding after brief spotting could be due to ovulation or during implantation.
Is there history of pregnancy?
Please get an urine pregnancy test to confirm or rule out pregnancy.
Ovulation occurs 14 days prior to onset of menstruation.
In case there is history of ovulation or implantation, then the symptoms could be pre-menstrual syndrome.
In case none of the above mentioned possibilities are present, then you have to consult a gynecologist for clinical assessment and management.

Thanks and take care
