Suggest Treatment For Stomach Cramps, Acidity And Diarrhea

hello the last 4 days i havent had much of an appetite and since yesturday ive been having stomach cramps to the point where i have to stop and let it pass..today im still having the stomach cramps but ive also had diarrhea about 7 times and its just about black

Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if this is the GI track infection then appetite loss is pretty common but once the infection cures then you would get back the appetite again, and for the infection it is better to have Tab Metronidazole 400 mg twice in day for five days, along with this biliary infection or pathology needs to be ruled out too, including live pathology hope this information helps.
