Suggest Treatment For Stomach Bug

Last weekend I caught a stomach bug, it lasted for abt 3 days I had diarrhea and vomiting and a low fever...during the sickness I felt my supraclavical lymph nodes and still do a little and also I feel small beans in my groin area lymph nodes im guessing...and two days ago I felt a small raise at the top inner part of my right breast...should I be concerned?

- Light , soft diet with avoidance of oily , spicy , non veg stuffs

- Antibiotic only if diarrhea or fever now present .
- Pro biotics with organic fruits recover faster .
