Suggest Treatment For Stomach Ache

I have been having a stomach ache for three days and some sort of discharge from my belly button. Its brown and smells like rotten meat. I cleaned it with q-tip, rubbing alcohol, and mild soap three different times in two days, but it keeps reoccurring. I have had two stomach surgeries about five years ago, where my belly button was cut open. What should i do? What could have caused it?
