Hi,
Welcome to health care magic,

Stomach ache, fever and flatulance could be acute gastritis or gastroenteritis Helicobacter pylori infection.

You would require routine blood investigations and H.pylori, liver function tests, urinalysis and stool for routine micro and abdominal ultrasound to detect the underlying cause because she is taking treatment since 3 days and has not improved much.

Treatment is mainly depend on the cause but you should take symptomatic treatment meanwhile.

Continue with antacids like sompraz 40 or pantoprazole will help to reduce excess acid production in stomach.

She can also take digene gel or liquid or ulcero-protective agents like sucralfate or bismuth subsallicylate to reduce the burning sensation.

Apart from medications she should also try some non-medical or dietary measures which are:

Eat plain foods like boiled rice and green leafy vegetables without adding spices or oil. It will help to neutriluze digestive acids and also they are easily digestible means there will be no need of extra stomach acid.

Avoid oily,spicy and fast foods.

Avoid eating full stomach at a time rather have small meals frequently.

Drink coconut water will help to reduce burning.

Should not talk while eating will also help to reduce burping.

Continue antibiotics as your doctor has precribed and do regular follow-up to him every alternative day.
