Suggest Treatment For Stomach Ache And Fever

hello doc,my name is sushanta,age-32,height-5.5", weight-47. am suffering from a sivear stomach ache at the left side of my lower abdomen. i have consulted a lot of docs but still am incurred.since i am related to sales jobs i can't work properly as all time ther is a lazyness in me. i don't get interest in foods, even my excretion is also not clear. very frequently i suffer from fever. doc plz help me.

Hi Sushanta! Good morning. I am Dr Shareef answering your query.
If I were your doctor, I would advise you to avoid eating from outside if you do, as outside food is usually made in unhygienic conditions, and this could lead to intestinal infections. Also some components of food from outside might cause sensitivity to your intestines, resulting in such symptoms of yours. I would advise you for a routine stool test for ova and cyst, and treat them if positive. Apart from this, I would also advise you to add a lot of roughage and liquids to your diet. If these measures do not succeed, then I would advise you to consult a gastro enterologist for a possible endoscopic evaluation of your intestinal tract for further management by him.
