Suggest Treatment For Stiffness In The Neck

I am having bad stiffness in my neck. It is in the back of my neck going up into the bottom of my skull. I have a hard time turning from side to side and it hurts when I try to go too far. Feels like whiplash but I haven t done anything to have whiplash. Any ideas?

Hi,

I think it is probably a whiplash. A muscle stiffness due to exposure to a cold environment or over usage or overstretched muscles.

I think you can take Ibuprofen or Acetaminophen for pain. You can use cold compresses to improve circulation.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
