Suggest Treatment For Stiffness And Swelling On Neck

I have a stiff and swollen neck with a bad headache. Yesterday I had a stabbing pain on my left mid back area which i thought was a muscle spam. That pain came around to the front upper rib cage and produced a bloody stool today. I dont know if the 2 are connected. Nevermind. I dont have a credit card.

Pain in neck can be due to many causes either it can be muscle spasm or problem in vertebrae i.e cervical spine. The two can be related but if you only have these symptoms then it is highly unlikely. You can takr tab. Nuberol forte (paracetamol+orphenadrine) in dose (1× PO× BD).
