Hi, I hurt my wrist about 2 years ago during an ice skating lesson and landed on the palm of my hand with all my weight, since then I have had nothing but problems with it and don t know whether I should see a doctor. I can t bend my hand back or put any weight on it, my wrist stiffens when the weather changes constantly and when it is stiff I lose strength in my hand which causes me to drop stuff often and can t fully move my hand. The pain is in the centre of my wrist and mainly affects the movement of my pointer finger and index finger.
