Suggest Treatment For Stabbing Pain In The Appendix Area
Hi, I m a smoking 51 YO male. Over the past couple weeks I have been having stabbing pains at my appendix, liver and right kidney. Can you give me an idea of what it could be and who I should see? I have had lyme, avium and TB. Thank you for sharing you knowledge. Tom YYYY@YYYY

It could be a renal stone.
Appendicitis is unlikely at this age.
As a first line management, you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief.
If symptoms persist better to consult a general surgeon and plan for an ultrasound scan.
