Hello,

I received your message and read your medical history carefully.

You report that you have a non-constant stabbing pain in the lower left side of abdomen for about one week. You feel the pain when bend forward and recently have noticed some rectal bleeding and blood clot.

Yes, from what you are describing, it can be hemorrhoids. But the cause may be also some other GI trouble that you might not be aware of so far.

I advise you see a doctor and do some tests. Blood tests and a X-ray is needed. See the doctor as soon as you can.

Hope it helped
