Hi,

Imaging studies can tell level of treatment, physical therapy is to be continued [orthologist / physical therapy]. Ice on wrap skin [20 mins / 3 times a day]. Acupressure srisri can reduce recovering time; pain meds recommended. Join online optimizing energy program of art of living. Researches shows chronic pain got relieved in this via unknown mechanism.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Sunny Madar, General & Family Physician
