Suggest Treatment For Spots On The Leg Caused By Poison Ivy

My poison ivy is spreading znd it started over5 day ago. Was onmy arm front andback of it i have been using benadryl on it. Now two spots are getting infected .. and now spots are on my leg. I have RA and am wondering if having a very low amune system there could be a problem

Poison ivy is a poisonous flowering plant that is known for causing allergic reaction leading to itching, irritation, and sometimes painful rash in most people who touch. In some cases, allergic reaction can progress to anaphylaxis.
Advice
1.     Avoid touching poison ivy
2.     Levocetirizine 5 mg daily per oral for 5 days
3.     Dexamethasone 0.5 mg every 12 hours orally for 5 days
4.     Amoxicillin 500 mg every 8 hours orally for 5 days
5.     Apply calamine lotion locally three times daily
6.     Do not scratch as it will cause infection
