Suggest Treatment For Spots And Swelling On Chin

Hi I keep getting reoccurring spots on my chin (last year or so) that never go away. Now I can feel a tender swelling under my chin. Sometimes the spots are large and not pus filled and sometimes they are. Up until a year ago I had clear skin and only the occasional spot. I m 42 and can t believe I m suffering with acne at this age. What s the best thing to do?
