Suggest Treatment For Sores,swelling And Pain In Knee After Debridement

I have had debreing done to my right leg 16 years ago. The damage was so bad they wanted to cut it off. They were able to save my leg but now I am having major pain and hard swelling on my knee ligaments that hurt all the way down to my feet and the back and side of knee. Deep sores are also appearing on the hardend scar. Doctor here dont know what to do. please help

check your fasting and postprandial blood sugar status now
what are your anti diabetic medications
are you taking it regularly
i recommend giving massage either by hand or using a vibrator in the legs that will help circulation in the leg
strict diet restrictions
taking food on time and spacing between each meal
and review with your fasting and postprandial blood sugar levels
