Suggest Treatment For Soreness In Throat And Ears Along With Post Nasal Drip

I have one nostril that slightly runs, the ear on that side is a bit sore and my throat on that side is often sore when I swallow. The doctor told me it s post nasal drip. I have NEVER had this before. Also, sometimes I get the sneeze feeling in my nose but no sneeze

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain it seems that you have an upper respiratory tract infection leading to sore throat ear ache and and congested nose..
s only one nostril is congested there can also be associated sinus infection..
I would suggest you to consult an Otolaryngologist and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations like Throat swab culture, PNS view x ray of sinuses can help in diagnosis and treatment can be done accordingly..
As of now you can take anti allergics like Levocetrizine, anti inflammatory painkiller like Ibuprofen,decongestant sprays containing Xylometazoline, do steam inhalations and use a humidifier in your room..
Do saline nasal irrigations..
Once the diagnosis is confirmed the physician can advise you antibiotics, oral decongestants, mucolytics along with other remedies..
