Suggest Treatment For Soreness In The Abdomen And Bloating

I have a sore pain almost in the middle of my stomach. I went from a size 14 to a size 16 within a month. I have a lot of gas. I feel bloated evertime i eat. At night time that when I feel the pain. Most of the pain is to the left of my stomach. E-mail YYYY@YYYY

- Do not over eat or do prolong fasting .
