Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..
I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..
As per your complain it seems that you have inflammation in the mucosal surfaces inside the mouth leading to Apthous
Stomatitis and it only seems to be a cause for pain and burning sensation..
In case if you have undergone
oral sex, then friction due to continous rubbing can be a cause..
Other reason can be
allergic reaction..
Consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation can help in diagnosis and treated accordingly..
You can be advised a course of multivitamins for atleast 2 weeks.
Take anti inflammatory painkiller like
Ibuprofen..
Gargle with a numbing mouthwash containing Lignocaine.
Suck ice and do cool water rinses..
Avoid spicy and hard foods and drink plenty of water..
Take a soft and bland diet..
Gargle with antiseptic mouthwash..
Hope this information helps..
Thanks and regards.
