Hi Dear,

welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern.

As per your query you have symptoms of soreness and bumps on jaw which is mainly white in color is because of herpes simplex virus infection i.e symptoms of cold sore. It occurs because of lowered immunity of body due to excessive cigarette smoking and autoimmune causes. Visit general practitioner once and get oral examination and visual examination done. If its not identifiable then go for culture by taking sample with the help of swab to determine if bacteria, viruses, or fungi may be causing the bumps along with CT scan. Doctor may refer you to oral surgeon. Avoid pricking it. Use antiviral ointments such as rich in acyclovir.

Hope your concern has been resolved.
