Suggest Treatment For Sore Throat With White Spots & Sinus Drainage

i had a sore throat with some white spots over a week ago. and my right gland in my neck has been swollen. i have done the salt water seveal times it gets better and the worse. tonight my gland is really big . just hurts on the other side. no fever. i have had sinus drainage.

As per your complain it seems that you have a viral throat infection with a secondary strep or bacterial infection..

Nothing to worry, you can take AZITHROMYCIN 500mg once a day for 5 days.
For inflammation and swollen glands take IBUPROFEN 400 mg thrice a day..
For cough and sinus drainage Pseudoephadrine [sudafed] can be taken..
Keep doing warm saline gargles..
Steam inhalations and using a humidifier in your room will further relieve..
Chew a Vitamin C pellet daily..
Drink plenty of water and avoid spicy and hard foods..
