Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of sore throat, tinnitus and neck pain well the symptoms you mention in query can occur due to many reasons but it seems to me that these symptoms probably occur due to sinusitis and postnasal drip. Infection from respiratory tract has traveled down to to upper respiratory track cause sore throat and can also travel to ear through eustachian tube and cause tinnitus. I would suggest you to do warm saline gargles several times a day. You should take steam twice a day and do warm saline gargles. Take paracetamol and consult ENT specialist for proper diagnosis . Doctor may order test like swab test , blood test , and viral culture test to rule out condition like acid reflux and strep throat . Doctor may prescribe antibiotics amoxiclav at least for 10 days along with decongestant. Doctor may also prescribe supplement like ginkgo biloba for tinnitus . Maintain proper hygiene. Drink plenty of water and liquids.

Hope your concern has been resolved.

Get Well Soon.

Best Wishes,
