Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain it seems that you are suffering from upper respiratory tract infection, and the symptoms of sore throat, ear ache, chills and low grade fever are all due to cold..

As it is a viral infection it resolve once the virus will complete its cycle in human body..

Yellow coating of tongue is due to infection and accumulation of debris and dead cells along with bacterial and fungal overgrowth over the tongue papillae..
It is harmless and will go away by cleaning the tongue well..
As of now you can start with supportive treatment to relieve the symptoms like:
1. Gargle with a warm saline solution that is by mixing 1 teaspoon salt in a glass of water and warm it to make a luke warm solution..
2. Take a combination of decongestant like Phenylephrine, mucolytic like Ambroxol and anti allergic levocetrizine and another combination of Acetaminophen and Ibuprofen..
3. Do steam inhalations, and use a humidifier in your room....
4. Gargle with numbing mouthwash containing Lignocaine..
5. You should use a tongue scraper and clean the tongue regularly and you can also gargle with 1:1 solution of hydrogen peroxide and water..
6. Sip on warm water throughout the day..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
