Suggest Treatment For Sore Throat And Throat Irritation
I noticed recently after having a sore throat that my uvula is now curved. It is rubbing up against the side of my tonsils making it feel like I have cotton stuck on that side. Also I have notice when I speak my voice gets tired and I have to clear my throat a lot.

Antiseptic chlorhexidine Mouth Wash twice daily , Plenty of fluids ,
Saline nasal spray thrice daily &
combination of Antihistaminic levocetirizine + Montelukast .
