Suggest Treatment For Sore Throat And High Fever
after 4 days of feeling terrrible, went to an Urgent Care facility on Monday this past week. Was running a fever of 101 and had a very bad sore throat. They did a throat culture (negative for strep) and prescribed ZPac which I finished yesterday. Still feel terrible, running fever of 102. Do I go back to the ER now?

Salt water gargling thrice daily for 5 days.
