I tried to go to school today which wasn t terrible, but in first period i noticed i was starting to get a rash on my hand. Also, both of my pointer fingers are in lots of pain and are swelling up all red. Idk what s going on.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

I think you have streptoccoccus bacterial infection that cause fever and sore throat. I would suggest to consult primary care physician and undergo throat examination, throat swab test if needed and routine blood tests like CBC, ESR.Following prescribed medicine will help you: Antibiotics: Amoxiclav Tablet Dan-PTablet prednisolone if severe. Drink plenty of warm water and gargling with 2% betadine. Use humidifier. Take compete rest, Lozenges strepsils (lime and ginger flavor) every 4-5 hourly other treatment depend on clinical assessment.

Best regards,
Dr. Sagar
