My Dear

Welcome to Healthcaremagic!

I have reviewed your posting and will share my experience based upon dealing with this problem in good number of cases.

It appears that you have recurrent follicuitis which is a bcaterial infection. You would do very well by starting an antibiotic like Amoxy-Clav combination for a week and some pain killers. It is recommended that you please get your sugar levels done to rule out problem related to that and exercise utmost care of hygiene. a swab taken from lesion and examines for microscopy and culture will confirm the bacterial presence and their sensitivity pattern. This should be done before you initiate antibiotic.

Hopefully very soon you will be in perfect health again.
