Suggest Treatment For Sore In Neck And Swelling In Jaw

Hi, my son is 7 and has been seeing drs since monday. His symptoms are sore neck (at the back) which is restricting movement. Swollen left side of jaw which hurts, extreme sore throat. He tilts his head to the left constantly and can not eat. 1 dr said he had a throat infection and gave him antobiotics, another said its an ear infection and a nurse thinks its torticollis. Do you think it is torticcollis? hes been on antibiotics for 4 days and i do not see improvement with his head, neck or throat.
