Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of small red spots on the legs which occurs due to infection of hair follicles leading to folliculitis and due to blockage of clogged pores of sebaceous gland filled with sebum ,dead skin and bacteria get infected. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to get hormone levels monitored. Take Multivitamin supplements. Apply topical antibacterial ointment such as mupirocin and do yoga and meditation daily. Avoid exposure to sunlight. Drink plenty of water daily and add fresh fruits and vegetables to your diet. Apply Adapalene gel once at night. If condition doesn't start getting better in a month then consult dermatologist and get complete examination done. You should get blood and skin tests done to have proper diagnosis so that treatment can be started accordingly.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
